Two Toubkal trips.
No filler.
One is a three-day mountain weekend you can fly in for, meeting every Friday. The other is the whole country in a week, and it is still being built — the plan is published and the waiting list is open. Both cap at eight people, neither has a single supplement.
We could run six trips. We run one, properly, and we are honest that the second is not ready. Everything below is either bookable this season or clearly labelled as not.

Toubkal Summit
Three hours of walking in the dark, then a sunrise that rearranges your idea of what a weekend can hold. Friday acclimatisation in Aremd, refuge on Saturday, summit on Sunday — with Moroccan climbers in the group, not in the group next door. Add a Monday in Imlil if you want the slow version.

What both trips share

- Eight people, capped
- Both trips cap at eight and we do not exceed it. Eight is the number where the guide knows everybody's pace by lunch on the first day, and where a stranger has become a name by dinner.
- No single supplement
- On either trip, coming alone costs exactly what coming as a pair costs per person. There is no room to leave half empty: the refuge is dormitories and the valley gîte is a family house.
- Certified guides from the valley
- Every summit day is led by a state-certified mountain guide who grew up under this mountain. Nobody flies in for the season, and the cooks and drivers are from the valley too.
- Acclimatisation first
- Both itineraries put a night at altitude before the climb rather than driving you straight up. It is the most expensive thing we do and the single biggest reason people summit.
- A published turnaround
- A fixed 09:00 turnaround, a 50 m visibility floor, and the guide's word final. If the weather takes your summit, the next attempt is free and you pay only the refuge night.
- You talk to me
- No booking portal and no agency in between. I answer enquiries myself, usually within a few hours, including the awkward questions before you commit anything.
Before you choose
The three questions that decide most bookings have their own pages, and they are worth reading before you pick a date rather than after: how hard Toubkal actually is in hours and metres, what 4,167 m does to you and how the itinerary is built around it, and what the whole weekend costs once flights, insurance and cash for the trail are in the total.
